The hotel's location was superb; it saved me time and commuting. The modern and chic hotel design was one of the best aspects of my stay. The staff were courteous and wore nice outfits that looked luxurious. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable; it was perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day at work.
Sadly, my stay was not all sunshine and rainbows. The temperature settings and TV were challenging to understand;

Located conveniently near shopping streets and food markets, rooms in this hotel are comfortable and modern with good water pressure and heating. Tea and biscuits are available in the lobby.
Staff at the front desk have been reported as speaking inadequate English with long check-in wait times.

Great value for money. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially loved the smart features and auto functions in the toilet. The location was very convenient, close to a bustling shopping street and with easy access to public transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location was great, close to the shopping street and a great variety of restaurants. , the hotel was near Xi Lake, which made it ideal for walking around and exploring the local area.
The breakfast was not included, and the communication with the staff was a bit of a challenge due to the language barrier. , the hotel was not geared towards foreigners, and this caused a bit of an issue when trying to change rooms due to the lighting failure.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect as it was right in front of the public bus stop, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area. The hotel was also close to an old pedestrian street with plenty of nice shops and amazing street food. Additionally, the metro station was just a short distance away, which made it easy for us to get around.
Highly recommended for a luxury stay with excellent service, convenient location, and top-notch amenities.
